Job Summary As an Installation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our installation team to deliver seamless bathroom renovations. Responsibilities Assist skilled installers with the preparation and setup of bathroom renovation projects Handle tools and materials safely, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment when necessary Support with measuring, cutting, and fitting building materials according to blueprint specifications and construction plans Help with the installation of fixtures, drywall, tile masonry, trim carpentry, and other building components Follow safety protocols such as ladder use and proper handling of construction tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all safety standards are met Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints for accurate installation Requirements Prior construction or remodeling experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and basic construction techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Experience with tile laying, drywall installation, caulking, plastering, or roofing is a plus Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and operate heavy equipment if needed Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and adherence to project specifications Join us as an Installation Assistant and be part of a team dedicated to transforming bathrooms efficiently while honing your skills in construction management and building material installation.
