Duties Assist lead installers with the setup and installation of equipment, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and positioned according to specifications. Handle basic tools and materials efficiently, maintaining organization and safety at all times. Support the testing and troubleshooting of installed systems using tools such as ohmmeters—devices that measure electrical resistance—to ensure proper functionality. Help prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and verifying that all necessary materials are on hand before starting tasks. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of electrical components and use of personal protective equipment. Document installation progress, report any issues or delays promptly, and assist with cleanup after job completion. Collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Skills Strong willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of electrical concepts; familiarity with using an ohmmeter is a plus. Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and ask questions when needed. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Attention to detail to ensure installations are accurate and meet safety standards. Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude.
