Role:
This is a flexible full-time position, perfect for individuals who value a family-friendly schedule. Our operational hours (6:00 AM-6:00 PM) allow us to accommodate the varying needs of the children and families we serve.
What You'll Do:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stimulating environment for children in our care.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting nurses in providing daily care based on individualized Plans of Care. Promoting an engaging classroom environment through play, singing, and activities. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children. Supporting our multidisciplinary team by assisting with changing, transferring, and repositioning children. Meal preparation and feeding assistance. Helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need: Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate (75 credit hours) OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License. CPR Certification. Valid automobile insurance. Ability to pass a Level II background check. Experience with pediatric populations preferred. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and home care services. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. regularly. Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
