We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. HVACR Helper Job Description:

Assist with installations and repairs Job site

Preparation:

unload equipment, carry tools, set up ladders and scaffolding Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal or flexible ducts using hand and power tools Change air filters, clean condenser coils, and check basic system operations for preventative maintenance Keep and maintain a clean work site Work under direct supervision

HVACR Helper Job Skills:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in tight spaces Proficient with hand and power tools, such as drills, wrenches, and tape measurers Ability to follow multi-step instructions Benefits - Company subsidized health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation, paid holidays, and opportunities for continuing education.

Experience and Requirements:
