HVAC Install Helper | Full-Time | Knoxville, TN Aire Care is looking for a dependable and hardworking HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in the HVAC trade and develop their skills alongside experienced installers. What You'll Do Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations Help with the removal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of new systems Assist with ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, drains, and other installation tasks Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout each installation Follow instructions from Lead Installers and assist with completing jobs efficiently Learn proper installation techniques, tools, equipment, and safety procedures Provide professional and respectful service while working in customers' homes Perform other duties as needed to support the installation team What We're Looking For Previous HVAC, construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HVAC trade Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work throughout the day
