Overview We are hiring experienced Journeyman and Master Electricians to join a large-scale mission critical data center project in Arizona. This is a hands-on field position for electricians with strong commercial construction experience who are comfortable working on active jobsites, performing electrical installations, troubleshooting systems, completing layout, and helping crews stay productive and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the region's major data center construction projects while contributing to a fast-paced, high-profile build.
Pay rate:
$32-40/hr DOE Duties Perform electrical installations on active commercial construction projects. Complete layout, rough-in, build-out, tenant improvement, and ground-up electrical work. Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, project specifications, and electrical drawings. Support crew productivity and help coordinate daily field activities. Assist with material takeoffs and submit requests for tools, equipment, and materials. Perform system start-ups, planned maintenance, and required documentation. Conduct quality inspections and verify installations meet project requirements. Diagnose electrical issues and recommend effective solutions. Help ensure project milestones, schedules, and deadlines are met. Maintain organized tools, materials, and work areas. Follow all company, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements. Skills Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Commercial electrical construction experience required. Experience with ground-up construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and build-outs. Strong knowledge of current electrical codes and regulations. Ability to read electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Experience with MCCs, PLCs, and VFDs is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades. Strong attention to detail, organization, and workmanship. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in tight or difficult-to-access areas. Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and active construction environments.
