Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Electrical Technicians for a contract opportunity in Beale
AFB, CA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
) Previous Military, USAF 7 Level or Equivalent (Journeymen) MOD Experience 2-4 Year
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Must know how to terminate route and build connectors/cannon plugs. Repairs, constructs, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains routine electrical systems and equipment. Cuts, threads, bends, couples, and straps conduit. Cuts wire and conduit to length. Installs, repairs, or replaces switch boxes, lights, plugs, sockets, light fuses, and extension cords. Disassembles motors, generators, and other equipment in preparation for repair. Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring of shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency. Uses blueprints, drawings, layout, or other specifications, and electrical hand tools and voltage-or-amperage measuring and recording devices.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited High School DIploma or
GED. WORK HOURS
5/40-1st Shift
ADDITIONAL
Candidate must hold a final secret clearance.

Pay:
$28.60 - $34.45 per hour
