Position Summary The Electrical Foreman is the on-site leader responsible for managing crews, coordinating work, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure field execution meets the company's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned projects. Translate project scope, drawings, and budgets into actionable daily and weekly plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Crew Management Supervise, coach, and mentor electricians and apprentices. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to company standards. Enforce safety protocols and model best practices. Scheduling & Coordination Develop and communicate a daily game plan to the crew. Coordinate with project managers, office staff, and other trades. Identify and report delays, changes, and extra work promptly. Tracking & Reporting Track crew hours, material usage, and daily progress. Ensure timecards are completed accurately each day. Submit daily logs and participate in weekly office updates. Quality & Standards Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and project specifications. Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners.

Crew develops skills and performs at a high standard under leadership. Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license (required). Minimum 5-7 years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications. Proficiency with project management tools (TSheets, BuilderTrend, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
