Christmas Light Installer — $30-$39/hr VIP Christmas Lights | San Dimas, CA / San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire & OC VIP Christmas Lights is hiring Christmas Light Installers for the upcoming holiday season. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a professional Christmas-light installation team. Experience is welcome, but we're also interested in people who are new to the work and willing to learn. Pay will be based on your experience, demonstrated skills, and ability to perform the work safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Install professional Christmas lighting and decor, mostly on homes Install roofline lighting, trees, bushes, architectural features, and other decorative lighting Work from ladders and on residential roofs Install and properly secure lights, clips, extension cords, timers, and related equipment Help prepare, organize, load, and unload materials and equipment Troubleshoot and repair lighting when problems arise Follow installation layouts, job instructions, and company standards Inspect completed work to make sure installations are safe, secure, clean, and look great Protect roofs, gutters, landscaping, and customer property Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently as part of a crew Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Assist with removal and storage of Christmas lighting after the season What We're Looking For We're interested in applicants with a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels.

Pay $30-$39 per hour , depending on experience, demonstrated ability, quality of work, safety, and productivity. We evaluate each applicant based on what they can actually do. If you have extensive experience, we'd like to hear about it. If you're newer to the work but are physically capable, dependable, and willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you as well. The Work Our installations range from straightforward roofline lighting to more detailed installations involving trees, landscaping, architectural features, and other areas of the property. The work is physical and can be fast-paced during the busiest part of the season. You'll spend much of the day outdoors, climbing ladders, carrying equipment, and working on residential properties. You'll work alongside other installers and experienced crew members, with opportunities to learn additional skills as you gain experience. Seasonal Position This is a seasonal position, with the majority of work concentrated in October, November, Early December, and January.
