Project Planner / Scheduler with a strong data analytics background (acting as a dual-hatted Planner/PM).
Core Tasks:
Analyzing large sets of inspection data, applying operational guidelines/constraints (e.g., seasonal environmental rules, nesting season, flight restrictions, government land layers), and scheduling work for internal teams and external contractors. Running operational formulas (e.g., poles inspected per day) to build and issue actionable plans.
Technical & Skill Requirements Must-Have Skills:
Data & Analytics Capabilities:
Advanced proficiency with data manipulation, analytical problem-solving, and managing large datasets.
ArcGIS:
Mandatory. Required to plot scope onto maps and design spatial execution plans.
Excel:
High proficiency for data manipulation and plan building.
Power BI:
Required for running reports and pulling dashboard data (hands-on dashboard creation is not mandatory; pulling/analyzing data is sufficient).
Project Management & Communication:
Proven ability to carry out plans, manage nuance across programs, and communicate across teams. Nice-to-Have /
Optional Skills:
Snowflake:
Intermediate level preferred (candidates should know how to navigate it to pull data).
SAP:
Highly preferred but trainable. Candidates must be comfortable navigating SAP to access master data.
SAS & Python:
Optional/Secondary. Power BI and Excel take priority.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Quantitative fields (Finance, Accounting, Statistics) is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
