ABOUT THE ROLE
Take your industrial electrical experience to the next level. As an Industrial Electrician , you'll work hands-on with large custom equipment, wiring control panels, bending conduit, running wire, installing components, and supporting equipment testing. You'll also have the opportunity to lead smaller industrial builds, work on field installations, and mentor Electricians, giving you a clear path to grow your skills and take on more responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow electrical drawings to lay-out, build, install, and test electrical components on autoclave, ovens, and other industrial equipment. Install/wire circuit breakers, terminal blocks, transducers, relays, switches, motors, pumps, fans, valves, thermocouples, lights, and other electrical components. Run electrical conduit, pull wire, and mount enclosures on industrial equipment. Perform testing of 24V and 110V panels Support testing of autoclaves, ovens, and upgrades Lead Econoclave electrical jobs on sizes 5 ft. diameter and smaller Lead small controls upgrades in the field Travel to customer's sites to run wire and conduit, and install electrical components Lead electrical installation jobs on Econoclave sizes 5 ft. diameter and smaller Mentor Electrical Level I employees Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS 3-5
years of industrial electrical experience. Proficiency in reading and using technical drawings. Demonstrated electrical and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication skills. An ability to lead and mentor others. A safety-first mindset and a positive attitude. Must be able to lift objects weighing 70 lbs. and twist at the waist. Must be able to repeatedly lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and twist at the waist. Must be able to frequently push and pull objects weighing 50 lbs.
