The ideal candidate possesses exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, acts with professional integrity, and takes an active role in training and mentoring field apprentices. Core Responsibilities Electrical Service & Installation Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems across residential and commercial properties. Execute service calls, panel upgrades, wiring, and construction projects according to code. Read, interpret, and work directly from plans, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Quality Control & Job Site Management Ensure all work strictly meets National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations. Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environments on every site. Communicate professionally with property owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders. Apprentice Mentorship Provide hands-on guidance and technical training to field apprentices. Instill strong work ethic, safe habits, and quality standards in junior team members.
Qualifications & Requirements Licensing:
Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (Required).
Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean record (Required for company vehicle use).
Transportation:
Reliable personal transport to and from the main shop/dispatch location.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated background in residential and commercial troubleshooting and construction.
Soft Skills:
