To be considered for this position, candidate MUST have: Independent, residential service van experience (2+ years) Clean criminal record Clean driving record Self-starter attitude Experience working with mobile dispatching and communication High level of organization and attention to detail Journeyman or Residential Wireman License required

Job Responsibilities:

Electrical Expertise Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting and other electrical systems Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.) Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches and switch gears Never cut corners or do poor quality work Brand Ambassador Able to follow the policies and procedures to exemplify The Electric Way brand Be a person of integrity and genuinely care about the customer's needs Drive company vehicles in a calm, courteous manner Communication Thoroughly and effectively be able to communicate with Customers, Team Members, and Management through verbal and written methods The Electric Way is family owned and operated business with a high standard of customer service and electrical expertise.
