Pay:
$83,200.00 - $120,000.00 per year with commission Job description: Firefly Electrical Services is a locally owned electrical company focused on delivering excellent service, strong teamwork, and pride in the skilled trades. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Licensed Lead Electrician who enjoys helping people, clean electrical work, and being part of a busy service team. In this role, you will be the providing customers a great experience, honest electrical advice, and high quality workmanship. Our service department is fast-paced, and priorities can shift throughout the day. The right person enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping customers with their electrical needs.
What You'll Do:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in residential and light commercial systems Explain problems and recommend solutions clearly to homeowners Create estimates and complete electrical repairs and installations Perform electrical inspections and identify opportunities to improve safety and reliability Maintain communication with dispatch and the service manager throughout the day Keep accurate job notes and photos for completed work Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and jobsite Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and company workmanship standards Train and support apprentices when assigned to your jobs Look for ways to improve processes and provide excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
Colorado Residential Wireman (RW) License Experience troubleshooting residential electrical systems Ability to work independently and manage your daily service schedule Strong communication skills with customers and team members Professional, dependable, and safety-focused Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable using technology and learning systems such as Service Titan Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred but not required:
OSHA 10 certification CPR or First Aid certification Experience with lighting systems, home automation, generators, or energy storage Basic Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and clean driving record with reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check What Makes This Role Different We are not just looking for someone to complete service calls. Lakewood, CO Salary:
$80k-$120K with commission
