In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within residential properties. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant electrical work that meets all local and national electrical codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from new construction to renovations, while delivering top-quality service to homeowners. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and panels in residential settings Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify issues quickly and accurately Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards and local electrical codes for safety and quality assurance Perform maintenance on industrial and commercial electrical systems when required during renovation or construction projects Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete installations efficiently while adhering to electrical safety procedures Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical work during new builds or remodeling projects Requirements Proven experience as a residential electrician with knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems Strong understanding of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local electrical codes Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately Experience with high-voltage wiring, low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial electrical systems is highly desirable Skilled in troubleshooting complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters Familiarity with construction site procedures, renovation projects, and blueprint reading is essential Valid electrician license or certification as required by local authorities; additional certifications in industrial or commercial electrical work are a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely while following all safety protocols Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting electrical issues Join our team today if you're passionate about delivering safe, reliable residential electrical solutions!
