Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or required adjustments. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. Collaborate with maintenance, production, and operations teams. Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Previous electrician experience in industrial, commercial, or related settings. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Nice-to-Have Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification. Industrial maintenance experience. PLC troubleshooting experience. Experience with motors, controls, and electrical panels. Preventative maintenance background. 4. Why Manpower?
