Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop/Field Helper to join our dynamic electrical team. In this role, you will assist experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various construction sites and commercial projects. Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with electrical system installations, including wiring, conduit bending, and conduit installation. Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment needed for electrical tasks. Support the setup and teardown of electrical systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Handle hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site. Follow all safety protocols, including NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association code) standards and OSHA regulations related to electrical work

Must have TWIC Must have valid DL and have had the DL for at least 5 years - to meet our Commercial Auto insurance requirements Must be able to travel out of town and out of state at times Must be able to work long days at times Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Extinguisher license Skills Previous experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems is highly desirable. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. Knowledge of conduit bending techniques and electrical wiring practices. Understanding of electrical safety procedures, including NFPA 70 compliance and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on low voltage and high voltage systems. Strong construction site experience with a focus on safety protocol adherence and teamwork. Ability to interpret technical drawings related to electrical blueprint reading and system installation.
