Lead Electrician - HVAC & Mini Split Installations About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Lead Electrician to join our team in Massachusetts. You will be responsible for overseeing and performing electrical installations for HVAC and Mini Split systems in residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform connections and modifications on main and sub-electrical panels.
  • Install disconnects, switches, and specific wiring for outdoor compressors and indoor units.
  • Execute general wiring for residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure all installations strictly comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Massachusetts electrical codes.
Requirements:
    Experience:
    3 to 5 years of proven experience in electrical work (preferably focused on HVAC/Mini Splits).
      License:
      Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
        Tools:
        Own basic hand tools.
          Skills:
          Ability to work independently, lead on-site tasks, and troubleshoot efficiently.
            Availability:
            Immediate availability to start.
            What We Offer:
              Competitive Pay:
              $35.00 - $40.00 / hour (based on experience and licenses).
