Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in a commercial setting. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work meets industry standards and adheres to local and national electrical codes.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial buildings. Diagnose electrical problems and develop solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
Journeyman Electrician license/certification required. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
