Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints.

Inspect, diagnose, and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.

Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers.

Follow the National Electrical Code and state and local building regulations.

Track repairs and work completed using trade software such as ServiceTitan.

Engage with customers to explain the issue, solution, and outcome, and recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

Travel extensively in the field, with the role requiring approximately 80% field work and 20% inspection/quality control while working with county inspectors.

Required QualificationsMust hold an active North Carolina Electrical License. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

Must be a fully licensed electrician; journeyman or apprentice-only candidates will not qualify.

Minimum 5+ years of electrical service experience.

Previous Service Manager experience is preferred.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Valid U.S. Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus.

Good communication and listening skills.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Physical dexterity and ability to perform field-based electrical work.
