Job Description
- Service Technician (Residential) Immediate openings!
- Inspect and troubleshoot residential electrical systems, leading customers to informed and confident decisions about repairs and replacements
- Install & Maintain Electrical Systems
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in residential homes
- Electrical Maintenance
- Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints to ensure proper system operation
- Inspect & Replace Equipment
- Inspect and diagnose electrical systems, replacing faulty equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures as needed
- Circuit Breaker & Transformer Maintenance
- Perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly
- Compliance with Codes & Regulations
- Ensure all work follows national electrical codes, as well as state and local building regulations
- Service Software Documentation
- Use Service Titan software to track repairs, installations, and work completed, ensuring accurate documentation of all services rendered
- Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, recommending products and services for optimal system performance
- Flexibility
- Availability for work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as required Qualifications Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a residential electrician or in a similar electrical service role
- Technical Expertise
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing residential electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, and transformers
- Service Software
- Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus
- Customer-Focused
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly and concisely
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all codes and regulations
- Problem Solving
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively
- Driver's License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
