Job Description

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., a leading producer of prepared foods, is seeking a Licensed Industrial Electrician to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, PLC-controlled equipment, and packaging lines to ensure safe, reliable production. You'll read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to breakdowns while following NEC and OSHA standards. Working within Reser's collaborative, safety-focused culture, you'll partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams and gain opportunities for training, growth, and advancement in a stable, growing food manufacturer. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, and machinery in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, PLCs, conveyors, and packaging equipment to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to diagnose issues and complete repairs safely. Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards, completing required documentation. Support production teams during startups, changeovers, and line improvements to optimize reliability and throughput. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations on process improvements and capital projects. Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and maintenance activities in the CMMS. Participate in safety programs, lockout/tagout procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades. Provide occasional off-shift or on-call support as business needs require.
