Industrial electrical experience? Come work on equipment that keeps a major food manufacturing operation moving. At Clemens Food Group , our Maintenance & Equipment Electricians do much more than replace parts. You'll troubleshoot complex electrical issues, work with motors, drives, controls, PLCs, and automated equipment, and help keep our production operation running safely and efficiently. If you're an experienced industrial electrician who enjoys figuring out why equipment isn't working, getting it back online, and working with increasingly automated technology, this is an opportunity to put that expertise to work in a highly technical manufacturing environment. What You'll Work On You'll support a wide range of industrial electrical and automated equipment, including: 480V three-phase, single-phase, and DC electrical systems Motors, motor controls, starters, VFDs, and servo drives Electrical panels, breakers, fuses, transformers, and wiring PLCs, HMIs, sensors, safety circuits, and control systems Analog and digital instrumentation, including 0-10 VDC and 4-20 mA Industrial Ethernet and equipment communication networks Automated production and packaging equipment What You'll Do Troubleshoot electrical and equipment failures and help get production back up and running Install, wire, repair, and replace motors, drives, electrical components, and control devices Diagnose electrical problems using multimeters, meggers, and other testing equipment Perform phase-to-phase, insulation, voltage, and continuity testing Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, control circuits, sensors, and industrial networks Configure and maintain safety circuits, modules, and protective devices Read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and equipment documentation Update drawings and document electrical changes as equipment is modified Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to identify recurring equipment issues and improve reliability Complete work safely and in accordance with electrical codes and CFG safety standards What We're Looking For We're especially interested in candidates who have built their experience in industrial electrical maintenance, manufacturing, production, or equipment environments .
You should bring:
3-5+ years of industrial electrical or electrical maintenance experience , or equivalent technical training and experience Strong knowledge of three-phase power, motor wiring, circuit protection, and industrial controls Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and production equipment Ability to read and work from electrical schematics Experience with PLCs and HMIs, including troubleshooting and basic programming Understanding of electrical safety practices and applicable codes A strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to work through equipment problems independently Why Clemens Food Group?
