Job Description

As a Shop Technician II, Repair, you will evaluate and repair electrical assemblies and PCB's in support of repair and refurbishment. You may perform electrical wiring, soldering and testing of assemblies, following standard procedures and under supervision. You will report to the Assistant Area Manager, I&C Operations, and will be based out of our New Stanton, PA facility. This is an anchor position that is required on site 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to comprehend semi-complex mechanical and/or electrical drawings, codes, schematics, manuals, blueprints and procedures, and record data in the required form. Ability/knowledge of electrical equipment, electrical soldering skills, hand and power tool usage.
Apply knowledge of advanced electro-mechanical theory and components.
Install components, units, subassemblies and wiring.
Ability to Operate electrical/electronic test equipment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/equivalent
1+ years relevant experience with demonstrated electrical and PCB skills. Specific knowledge of electrical, assembly, and wiring.
Preferred:
Nuclear Industry experience.
