Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Facilities Representative to join the team! Job Overview Responsible for knowing and performing day-to-day operational assignments throughout Amica Center Office Park. Carries out general maintenance duties as assigned. Responsibilities Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Has a basic understanding of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Able to monitor and make adjustments to building control systems. Carry out periodic cleaning and maintenance programs. Troubleshoot and install telecommunications wiring and systems. Assist with carpentry, painting, and construction projects. Assist with snow removal operations. May be called upon to perform other duties as required. Required to work overtime during snow removal operations and emergencies. Qualifications Knowledge and basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and carry out basic repairs with little supervision. Ability to climb and routinely lift up to 75 pounds. Amica conducts background checks which includes a review of criminal, educational, employment and social media histories, and if the role involves use of a company vehicle, a motor vehicle or driving history report. The background check will not be initiated until after a conditional offer of employment is made and the candidate accepts the offer.
