Hours:
40.0 Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in commercial facilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to lead electrical teams effectively Manage workflow, allocate resources, and communicate progress with project managers and clients Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, company standards, and customer expectations Enforce safety policies, including LOTO, PPE, and job hazard analysis, maintaining a clean and safe work environment Document work completed, material usage, and punch-list items accurately Requirements 3+ years of experience as a commercial electrician or relevant supervisory experience Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical best practices Ability to bend and run conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels/devices with minimal supervision Proficiency in reading prints and following job specifications Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Must pass background and drug screening as required State electrical license or documented apprenticeship completion (preferred)
OSHA 10/30
