Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrician who is self-sufficient, motivated, and ready to become an integral part of a growing company. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical installations, service work, remodels, upgrades, and troubleshooting Work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and professionalism Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and team members Diagnose electrical issues and provide practical, code-compliant solutions Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of the customer's property Follow company procedures, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes Take ownership of assigned work from start to finish Contribute to a positive, team-oriented company culture Ideal Candidate The right person for this role is: Self-sufficient and confident in the field A self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction Reliable, punctual, and accountable Professional in appearance, communication, and attitude Detail-oriented and proud of clean, high-quality work Comfortable working in an environment where expectations are high Willing to work hard and contribute to a growing company Interested in becoming a long-term, valuable part of the Eagle Electric team Requirements Electrical experience required Strong understanding of residential electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and complete work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic hand tools required Ability to read job details, plan work, and complete tasks efficiently Ability to lift, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and perform physical job duties Strong communication and customer service skills Commitment to safe, code-compliant work Preferred Qualifications Journeyman license or electrical certification preferred, but not required depending on experience Experience with residential service, remodels, panel work, lighting, troubleshooting, and new construction Ability to lead small jobs or work directly with homeowners and contractors Interest in growing into a larger role as the company continues to expand Why Join Eagle Electric?
