Basic PPE and electrical hand tools required Position Overview We are seeking experienced Journeyman Industrial Electricians for a 2-3 month industrial project near Memphis, Tennessee . This is a high-hour project working 7 days per week, 12-hour day shifts . Candidates must have solid industrial electrical experience, be comfortable working an extended schedule, and be committed to completing the duration of the project. Qualified travelers will receive $140 per day in per diem . Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment Install conduit, cable tray, raceways, supports, and electrical components Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring and cable Install and terminate panels, disconnects, transformers, motors, and related equipment Perform terminations and electrical connections according to project specifications Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and one-line diagrams Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify potential issues Work with industrial motors, controls, and power distribution systems as required Follow NEC requirements, project specifications, and established electrical practices Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the project Qualifications Journeyman-level industrial electrical experience required Strong background working in industrial environments Experience with conduit installation and bending Experience pulling wire and making electrical terminations Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics Familiarity with industrial power distribution and electrical equipment Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week Must be dependable and committed to the full project duration Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Must follow all jobsite safety policies and procedures Required PPE & Tools Candidates are expected to arrive with basic PPE and standard electrician hand tools required to perform journeyman-level electrical work.Basic PPE may include:
Hard hat Safety glasses Work gloves High-visibility vest Steel-toe or safety-toe work boots Candidates should also have their own basic electrical hand tools appropriate for industrial work. Schedule & Project Duration This project is expected to last approximately 2-3 months .Schedule:
7 days per week 12-hour shifts Day shift Approximately 84 scheduled hours per week Candidates should be prepared for an intensive project schedule and must be able to maintain reliable attendance throughout the assignment. Per Diem $140 per day in per diem is included for qualified travelers. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced industrial electrician who is comfortable working a high-hour schedule and can contribute immediately with minimal supervision. We are looking for electricians who are dependable, safety-focused, productive, experienced in industrial environments, and committed to completing the full 2-3 month project .Pay:
