Description A well-established residential home services company in the Ogden area is looking for a standout Service Electrician to lead by example and raise the bar for the whole department. This is a top-of-the-board role for a proven producer who can run high-volume residential service calls, communicate clearly with homeowners, and consistently deliver at an elite level. You would join a stable, growing team with strong dispatch support and real earning potential. Key Responsibilities Run residential electrical service calls independently from dispatch to close Diagnose electrical issues and present findings and options clearly to homeowners Walk customers through repair priorities, including safety items and recommended work Deliver consistent top-tier production and set the pace for the service team Maintain accurate invoices, photos, and job documentation Represent the company professionally in customers' homes every day Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven experience as a residential service electrician with strong sales-through-service results Ability to explain technical findings in plain language and handle tough customer conversations Journeyman license helpful but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Benefits Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement with company match On-site full gym employee access Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses Company events & parties for individuals & families Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off Paid training And so much more...
