We are the only 100% local specialist doing this work, with more than 200 installations behind us. Our systems combine low-voltage wiring, controls, networking, tubing, sensors, mechanical equipment, and automation. This is a lead-track position. You start hands-on, learning our systems and installation standards, and advance as you demonstrate the ability to consistently produce quality work, troubleshoot problems, communicate well, and carry more responsibility. How quickly you advance, and whether you advance, is largely up to you. We care more about the quality of your experience than the number of years behind it. If you have at least one year of solid hands-on field experience, take pride in your work, and are ready to learn our systems, we want to hear from you. Candidates with stronger AV, low-voltage, troubleshooting, controls, networking, HVAC, electrical, or field-installation experience may be considered toward the higher end of the pay range. What the work looks like This is skilled field work in high-end custom homes. You will pull wire and tubing from central equipment locations to rooms throughout the home, install equipment, sensors, and controls, terminate and label cleanly, build panels and racks that stay serviceable, test systems, verify performance, troubleshoot problems, document your work, and keep the job site clean and professional. Our oxygenation systems are highly automated and often integrate with Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, and network-based control systems. You do not need previous oxygenation experience. We will train you on our systems and installation standards. You bring strong hands-on ability, attention to detail, relevant field experience, and the willingness to learn. The work happens in new construction and finished luxury homes and can include attics, crawl spaces, equipment rooms, and cold jobsite conditions when required. As you progress, you can take ownership of daily field work, run portions of installations, troubleshoot more complex systems, help train other technicians, and lead one or two technicians in the field. Who tends to succeed here You take pride in clean work. You show up on time and ready. You notice details other people miss. You want to understand the systems you install rather than simply complete the task in front of you. You can follow an established process, learn why it exists, and eventually help improve it. You solve problems methodically. You can work independently while still operating as part of a team. You speak up when something is unclear, communicate with the project manager, and take ownership of the quality of your work. You understand that working in high-end homes requires professionalism, respect for the property, clean workmanship, and attention to detail. The lead track Advancement decisions are based primarily on demonstrated: Installation quality Troubleshooting ability Reliability Technical knowledge Communication Organization Judgment Ownership of assigned work Ability to work effectively with other technicians Consistent adherence to our installation standards Lead responsibility can include running installations, coordinating daily field work, helping train technicians, troubleshooting more complex systems, and leading one or two technicians in the field. Lead work can also involve driving a company vehicle, which makes a clean driving record important throughout the lead track. Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record 1+ year of relevant hands-on experience such as AV integration, low voltage, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, maintenance, controls, telecommunications, or field installation Comfortable with hand and power tools Able to lift and move heavier equipment Able to work on ladders and in tight spaces when required Able to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, plans, or scope documents Able to troubleshoot problems methodically Professional in client-facing environments Reliable transportation to our Park City office Experience with Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, networking, structured wiring, AV systems, controls, or building automation is a plus. Commute fit Every workday starts at our Park City office: 4554 Forestdale Dr Park City, UT 84098 Technicians travel to job sites from the office in company vehicles, and most of our work is within about a 20-minute drive. Most successful team members live within about a 45-minute drive each way. If you live farther away, include your typical weekday morning drive time to our office in your application. Your personal vehicle stays at the office during the workday while you travel to job sites in a company vehicle. After six months, employees may be considered for a take-home company vehicle based on fleet availability, driving record, role, and the ability to park it securely overnight.
