Overall note, Looking for skilled journeyman electricians to complete commercial Fiber inline amplifyier sites. Starting in Sandy & Saratoga Springs UT but this is a traveling position throughout thenation for ILA builds. This is a traveling position and expect to be traveling accross the nation. We are all commercial work with a large section being outdoor. We pay for healthcare, full dental, vision, match 401k, and short term disability. Can provide consistant 60 hours a week with 20 hours of OT. Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical operations while adhering to all safety standards and electrical codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites and industrial facilities, utilizing your technical skills to deliver high-quality electrical solutions. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs. Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Work on low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed at all times. Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical work during renovation or new construction projects. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or industrial environments involving complex electrical systems. Requirements Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification with proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work. Extensive knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) and local electrical codes. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting industrial control systems. Proficiency with low voltage systems, power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Demonstrated experience working on construction sites involving renovation or new builds; familiarity with blueprint reading is essential. Ability to work safely around high voltage systems while maintaining compliance with all safety standards.
