Type:
full-time The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and who is committed to providing an excellent client experience. This candidate will also have a positive attitude, be team oriented, and understand the importance of 100% accountability. The Associate Advisor works with a Lead Advisor that directly manages a defined portfolio of clients. Client interactions will be both in-person and remote. This position will conduct annual reviews, ensure all client servicing and transactions are processed quickly and accurately, and proactively follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide direct support through the preparation and execution of client onboarding documentation and meetings, including The B.O.S.S. Retirement Blueprint, for clients.
- Follow the company's systems and processes requirements, including reviewing all documentation before being sent to the processing team.
- Provide outstanding client experience by routinely engaging with and following up with clients to ensure they are well informed and agree with recommendations and actions.
- Execution of instructions from Retirement Advisor, including requests for transactions sent to the processing team, annuity documentation and other investment work instructed by the Retirement Advisor.
- Conducts annual and periodic reviews for all clients assigned to their portfolio, utilizing the firms developed process and approach, including updating the Blueprint.
- Identifying and onboarding off-held assets with client portfolio
Critical Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to develop, manage, and retain strong client and internal relationships
- Understanding of Tax brackets and Roth conversions
- High attention to detail for accurate paperwork
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 + years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
- Utah Life and Health Licensed required
- Series 65 required (Or 7/66 combo) $75,000 Base Salary plus Commissions
