Van's Plumbing and Electric is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Commercial EL01 Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will play a vital role in advancing our vision and mission while contributing to the growth objectives of a leading Northwest Washington provider of heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services. Serving Whatcom County, Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, and Blaine!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Van's installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship Meet/exceed proficiency standards of all aspects of electrical circuit/system installation and commissioning Understand proper circuit/wire sizing and routing Provide customers/homeowners with post-installation walkthrough Willingness and ability to climb on roof top structures or into attic/crawl spaces Maintain Van's standards with a 'customer-first' perspective Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all team members Maintain a Van's branded appearance at all times per company policy Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Qualifications:

Valid WA 01 Electrical license. Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record 1-3 years of Journey level experience required Experience with small and large-scale commercial electric projects. Attention to detail Project minded visualization Problem solving attitude Look for creative solutions to unique needs Enjoy the daily challenge and working through solutions Ability to work well as part of a team
