  • $45-50/hr Job Description This role involves performing 02 journeyman electrician work on multifamily residential buildings, focusing on both trim and rough-in electrical tasks.

You will apply your technical expertise to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform 02 journeyman electrician work on multifamily residential buildings, ensuring all tasks meet electrical codes and safety regulations. Complete trim electrical work, including installation of devices, fixtures, and finishes in occupied or near-completion units. Execute rough-in electrical work, including running conduit, pulling wire, and installing boxes and panels prior to drywall and finish stages. Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and perform installations accurately. Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or necessary adjustments. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs to maintain reliable and safe operation of building systems. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and wiring. Essential Skills Valid 02 journey card demonstrating current journeyman electrician certification. Proficiency in electrical work, including both trim and rough-in tasks for multifamily residential buildings. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices relevant to journeyman-level work. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Skilled in using common electrical hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Capability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components in a residential or multifamily environment. Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday Work Environment This position focuses on 02 journeyman electrician work in multifamily residential buildings, involving both trim and rough-in phases of construction. #AerojobsWA26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Snohomish, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00
