About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry. Key Responsibilities Perform bid services and prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial clients Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews of bid documents Manage the proposal process from start to finish Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals Preferred Qualifications Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Apply Today!
