We are seeking a detail-oriented estimator who can prepare accurate, competitive bids and support projects from initial review through turnover. Candidates from general contracting, subcontracting, restoration, windows and doors, and other construction sectors are encouraged to apply. Restoration experience is preferred but not required. Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and supporting documentation. Track bid deadlines, addenda, revisions, and project information. Coordinate with project managers to support planning and project handoff. Maintain organized and accurate estimating records. Qualifications At least 2 years of construction estimating experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Experience preparing takeoffs, cost estimates, and project bids. Strong computer, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software experience preferred. High-rise, commercial, or restoration project experience is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, Florida.
