We are seeking a detail-oriented estimator who can prepare accurate, competitive bids and support projects from initial review through turnover. Candidates from general contracting, subcontracting, restoration, windows and doors, and other construction sectors are encouraged to apply. Restoration experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications At least 2 years of construction estimating experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Experience preparing takeoffs, cost estimates, and project bids. Strong computer, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software experience preferred. High-rise, commercial, or restoration project experience is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, Florida.
