This opportunity is ideal for a recent engineering, construction management, or architecture graduate—or an early-career construction professional—with strong technical, analytical, and computer skills. Previous estimating experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to someone with the right foundation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimates. Calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Obtain and organize pricing from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Assist with preparing bids, proposals, and supporting documentation. Track bid deadlines, addenda, revisions, and project information. Coordinate with estimators and project managers during project handoff. Maintain accurate and organized estimating records. Qualifications Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred. Construction, estimating, drafting, project coordination, or other relevant technical experience is a plus. Ability to read or learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Adobe Acrobat, or similar software is preferred. High-rise, commercial, or restoration experience is a plus but not required.
