Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager specializing in deep foundation construction. In this role, you will bridge the gap between pre-construction planning and field execution, overseeing projects from the initial bid phase through closeout. You will handle accurate cost estimation, blueprint analysis, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Review structural plans, geotechnical reports, and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive bids. Perform detailed quantity take-offs for deep foundation elements, including piles, caissons, shoring, and earth retention systems. Solicit subcontractor and material supplier quotes. Prepare estimates of labor, equipment, and materials. Manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Maintain daily communication with field superintendents, engineers, clients and internal teams to keep stakeholders aligned. Track project budgets, analyze variances, and ensure precise reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain rigorous adherence to company safety standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator specifically within heavy civil or deep foundation construction. High proficiency in Bluebeam for take-offs and plan reviews. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking and data analysis. Strong ability to read and interpret complex structural and geotechnical engineering drawings and construction contracts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work fully on-site and manage priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent field experience. Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screenings. Benefits

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
