Join a Growing, Established Roofing Company We are an established and growing roofing contractor specializing in commercial roofing (approximately 80%) with an additional 20% residential roofing . We are seeking a full-time Roofing Estimator who is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate estimates and exceptional customer service. Compensation Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based commission on projects sold from your estimates Paid vacation and holidays (if applicable) Opportunity for career growth within a growing company Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial and residential roofing projects Perform site visits and roof inspections as needed Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Complete quantity takeoffs and material calculations Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages Communicate with customers throughout the estimating process Coordinate project handoffs with the production team after contract award Manage multiple bids while consistently meeting deadlines Maintain organized project files and estimating records Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and vendors Preferred Qualifications Experience estimating commercial roofing projects strongly preferred Experience estimating in the roofing industry is highly desired Construction estimating experience will also be considered Ability to read construction plans and specifications Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We're Looking for
