Role Description The Senior Demolition Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. This role is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for demolition and environmental remediation projects, including reviewing project plans, specifications, and site conditions. Day-to-day activities include quantity takeoffs, developing scope of work, soliciting and analyzing subcontractor and vendor quotes, and identifying risk factors and cost-saving opportunities. The Senior Demolition Estimator collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and field supervisors to refine estimates, support bid proposals, and ensure alignment with project schedules and safety requirements. The role also involves attending pre-bid meetings, maintaining pricing databases, and contributing to strategic bid decisions and client presentations.
