• Water & Sewer Infrastructure Charlotte, NC Up to $180,000 DOE + 100% ESOP + Benefits A leading civil infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint a Chief Estimator to provide senior estimating and preconstruction leadership across its Pipeline Division.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced heavy civil estimating professional who wants to influence the continued growth of an established public infrastructure contractor. Rather than simply producing estimates, you'll have the opportunity to influencebid strategy, project selection, risk, pricing and the continued development of the estimating function.

The Opportunity:

Lead estimating and preconstruction across the Pipeline Division Oversee estimates for public and municipal water and sewer infrastructure projects Lead bid strategy, pricing and proposal development Review complex plans, specifications and contract requirements Oversee quantity takeoffs and labor, equipment and material pricing Lead subcontractor and supplier solicitation Identify project risks, opportunities and constructability considerations Conduct final estimate and bid reviews Partner directly with executive and operations leadership Improve estimating processes, standards and procedures Help shape the future project pipeline and continued growth of the division

What They're Looking For:

Extensive heavy civil estimating and preconstruction experience Demonstrated public/municipal water and sewer pipeline experience Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction Experience leading complex estimates and competitive bids Strong knowledge of labor, equipment, materials and production rates Proven leadership and commercial capabilities Ability to work effectively with executive and operational leadership Why Consider It?
