The Estimator controls the construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring they know what is required to successfully bid and win projects

Commercial Electrical Projects Technical Knowledge:
- NEC code requirements
- Division 26 Specifications
- Lighting Controls
- Fire Alarm Coordination
- General and Emergency Systems Estimator should be proficient with the following software skills:
- McCormick
- Blue Beam
- Microsoft Excel
