We are seeking a Project Executive to drive company growth through sales, client development, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role is responsible for developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and supporting project teams from pursuit through closeout. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Raleigh Division .

Key Responsibilities:

Grow revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new construction opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and engineers Lead pursuit efforts, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with estimating teams Track opportunities from concept through contract award Support project teams to ensure client expectations, financial performance, and safety standards are met Metcon offers the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects while building a long-term career with a company committed to excellence, growth, and people.
