Doing:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for luxury construction projects based on project plans and specifications.

Analyze bid solicitations and scope of work to ensure accurate pricing and alignment with project requirements.

Conduct quantity surveys to assess material and labor costs effectively.

Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information and assess risk management strategies.

Monitor cost trends and provide insights for budget adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain customer relationships by communicating effectively regarding estimates and project updates.

Utilize MS Office and other software tools to prepare and present estimation reports and documentation.

Evaluate site logistics to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.
What You Need:
Proven experience as an estimator in the luxury construction sector.

Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and estimating methodologies.

Experience with high-end residential projects is preferred.

Knowledge of risk management principles and strategies in construction.

Familiarity with subcontractor and supplier management.

Proficient in bid solicitation processes and budgeting techniques.

Ability to conduct quantity surveys and analyze cost trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
