Job Description
Physical Therapist Full Time Brookhaven Rehab & Health Care Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Far Rockaway, NY has opportunities for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic Rehab team.
General Job Responsibilities include:
- Performing physical therapy evaluations/assessments and treatments to our residents
- Striving for professional development and timely completion of duties
- Consistently providing only the highest quality of therapy service within the parameters of professional licensure Applicants should possess:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Great Time Management Skills
- Strong Clinical Skills
- NYS License
- Ability to use software for clinical documentation
- Work with a highly sophisticated interdisciplinary care team (report on and communicate resident physical therapy care plan)
Salary:
$60 hr. 1099Schedule:
