We are dedicated to providing innovative lighting solutions to help electrical contractors reduce their cost as they bid commercial projects. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant/Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction estimating and cost control within the commercial lighting industry. The ideal candidate will support senior estimators and management by preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing blueprints to ensure an accurate quote. Duties
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel spreadsheets for detailed cost analysis and reporting.
- Calculate count requirements from blueprints and drawings to determine quantities needed for projects.
- Prepare detailed spreadsheets for management review and client presentations.
