This role involves reviewing plans and specs, performing takeoffs, and preparing accurate bids for commercial window replacement, curtain wall, and facade projects while actively sourcing opportunities through bid platforms like BuildingConnected and Bidnet Direct. In addition, you will cold call and build relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers to expand our pipeline and secure repeat work. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial window estimating, understands construction documents, is comfortable with outreach and relationship-building, and is highly self-motivated and results-driven. We offer a base salary plus performance-based bonuses with strong upside tied to projects won and relationships developed, along with the opportunity to grow into a senior role as the company continues to scale.

Pay:

$26,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
