We are a woman-owned traffic control company seeking a skilled Estimator to prepare competitive bids for Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong reputation for safety, professionalism, and service.

Responsibilities:

Analyze ODOT Construction and Material Specifications (C&MS) documents for detours, lane closures, and traffic control Perform material and labor takeoffs for maintenance of Traffic Operations Prepare cost estimates and submit bids on time Communicate with vendors, field teams, and project managers Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks when necessary Track bid outcomes and report on trends

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in Construction & Traffic Control (detours, lane closures, flagging) Familiarity with ODOT (HCSS, Heavy Bid) bid systems and specifications, BidX Ability to read construction drawings Strong Excel and organizational skills Prior experience in managing/estimating/engineering role on public and private construction projects is preferred

Compensation:

$55,000

• 80,000 per year, based on experience + benefits

Pay:

$70,000.00

• $100,000.
