Job Description

It's our mission - powered by People and driven by Innovation. The Mechanical Engineer will prepare and review layout drawings for new and existing products. Produce Bills of Materials for installations and assemblies. Assign and release part numbers . This position will be onsite at Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. in Loves Park, IL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and review layout drawings for new and existing products. Produce Bills of Material for installations and assemblies. Assign and release part numbers and special parts for orders. Provide technical support to Customer Service, Customers, Sales and Manufacturing. Work with vendors to locate components and obtain quotes. Maintain project records. Occasional field service work. Work Environment Usual office working conditions with moderate noise such as computers and printers, telephones and copy machines. Occasional exposure to elements such as noise, odor, dust, heat, cold or chemicals. Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related training and experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience . Must have knowledge of Auto-Cad or Autodesk Inventor Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of structural design and sheet metal forming, is a plus.
Salary Range:
$25.96 - $29.00 per hour
