Field-based — 95% travel across Phoenix metro, Arizona About Us Resitrend LLC is a licensed residential remodeling and general contracting company (AZ ROC #349254, CR-61) based in Glendale, AZ. We specialize in full-scale renovations for real estate investors and property flippers throughout the Phoenix metro area. Position Overview We're hiring a Residential Remodel Estimator to evaluate properties, scope renovation work, and produce accurate, competitive estimates that keep our projects profitable and our clients confident. This is a mobile, field-heavy role — you'll be on job sites and prospective properties across the Valley almost every day. Responsibilities Conduct on-site property assessments and scope full-gut and partial remodel projects Prepare detailed, itemized estimates covering labor, materials, and subcontractor costs Review property condition, permits, and code requirements to identify scope gaps and risks Communicate directly with real estate investor clients to present bids and answer scope questions Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure estimates translate accurately into work orders Maintain and update pricing/rate data to reflect current material and labor costs Track and report on estimate-to-actual accuracy to improve future bids Qualifications Proven experience estimating residential remodel or construction projects (flip/investor work preferred) Strong understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and cost structures Comfortable reading scopes of work, plans, and permit documentation Valid driver's license and reliable ability to travel to job sites across Phoenix metro daily Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
